Kosovo agrees for veterans' certificate and re-acquiring

The amendments to the Law of War veterans were adopted with much noise and controversy until the implementation of its amendments was due to begin in April 2017.

Millions of euros were earmarked to save the state ark only by its classification, but even in May 2018 that law has not succeeded.

The Kosovo government says that as long as war veterans' files are found in the prosecution, even their classification, under the amended law, is impossible.

But Gazmend Syla, who heads the veterans' office in Government, says that even the previous law was not implemented, and according to him, veterans did not benefit dozens of benefits that were recognized by the law just because the ministries did not reveal the administrative guidelines that would regulate them, despite the cost being not high.
