Can Kadri Wessel give a speech without using this expression

Visa liberalisation will occur at the end of this year, as Kosovo has fulfilled all the criteria that have been required to move freely.

So said Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel during a conversation with UBT College students.

The head of the Assembly that participated in UBT College, where the conference “Free Market Road Shoe” -- this year's “Vallers, White Waves?” -- indicated that what the country needs is for young people to stay in Kosovo.
