After June 15th, EULEX mandate in Kosovo only councilors

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has met today with the chief of the European Union's Mission for Law Rule in Kosovo (EULEX), Alexander Papadopoulos.
At this meeting, it has been talked about the Kosovo Government's continued efforts to empower rule of law, as the central pillar of economic development and the country's European integration.
Praising EULEX's role over the years in Kosovo, Prime Minister Haradinaj stressed that the successes of EULEX and Kosovo are common and in the work of building citizens' trust for Kosovo institutions.
Prime Minister Haradinaj was informed of the course of the end of EULEX's mandate and the process of exchanging letters between the president and EU High Representative Moghrin.
Prime Minister Haradinaj, on this occasion, thanked EULEX chief Papadopoulos for her work and commitment to improving the justice system.
EULEX chief Alexander Papadopoulos stressed that even after the mandate ended, EULEX in the advisory role will continue to co-operate closely with Government in further empowering the rule of law.
After June 15th of this year, EULEX's mandate in Kosovo will be advisory.
