Judgment Continues Against KEK Director over 6 million tender

At the Constitutional Court in Pristina, it is expected today to continue the trial for KEK's 6 million tender, where they are accused of being KEK director, Arben Djukaj, former head of Procuration Organisation Hysni Hoxha, former head of Scikyright, Sami Lushtaku, Esat Tahiri, Milazizim Lushtaku, Driton Prusth of Azem Duraku.
Five witnesses are expected at today's session.
In this trial process, Esat Tahiri and Milazim Lushtaku are charged with fraud, former KEK Procurement Director Driton Pruth, KEK director Arben Gjukaj, former head of the OSHP, Hysni Hoxha, is accused of misuse of official position or authorisation, while Sami Lushtaku is accused of pushing for abuse of Azem Duraku's official task is accused of inciting abuse.
The 6 million tender was linked to KEK's security facilities. Investigations into this case had been launched on October 5, 2012, while the Actakuz was set up on January 16, 2015.
This trial is one of the cases targeted for visa liberalisation.
