Liberal Democratic Party in Serbia Chairman Cedomir Jovanovic has declared that the Serb community in Kosovo is hostage to Belgrade and that they have always been.

“We need Serbs in Kosovo, needed are Kosovo Albanians, Kosovo society is necessary. Unfortunately, they are hostages of Belgrade, it's always been. And so does the West, and I always say that to”, Ivanovic said, "B92, "Indesksonline broadcasts."

Jovanovic believes that society in Kosovo does not have a normal life as it needs and deserves.

There are no representatives of Serbs who, when going to Parliament, consider the people who voted for them. Those there are like the leased deputies who think about Belgrade, not Serbs in Kosovo, and often those interests are not identical. For this north of Kosovo is so unhappy”, he has so many.

Asked whether he expects Serbia to find a final solution for Kosovo by the end of the year, he says Serbia's president, who will tell the Serbs.

“Vucciq is the leader of my country and if he doesn't have the strength to tell the truth, who else should say it?”, added LDP leader, writes B92, escorts Indexline.

Otherwise, last night Jovanovic was in Pristina, where he held a lecture regarding the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue and other political issues.
