The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has declared a conviction case against indictees R. K., A.K. and F. K..
On 23 November last year at the tribunal's order, Kosovo Police have conducted an operation for raid on the accused's home in the village of Upper Karace.
During the raid, police have encountered resistance from these people, insulting and attacking police officials, who have later received medical treatment.
In this case, Kosovo police have managed to conduct their operation and have seized a 12mm-by-32 rounds of hunting rifle, as well as a 7.65mm calibre pistol, with 17 rounds.
The accused R. K. These acts involve assault on the official person in carrying out official office, ownership, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons, and deportation.
The trial chamber after examining the case paperwork of the accused R. K. has pronounced a unique one-year prison sentence and a fine sentence of 500 euros.
Meanwhile accused A. K. and F. K. He is sentenced to three months in effective prison.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
