Banning the execution of prison sentences to former Kacanik leader Jabir Zharku has made room for him to return freely to Kosovo, without being persecuted by law.
Six years after leaving Kosovo towards Sweden, leaving the municipality's first post, which it held since 2007, the Foundation Court in Ferizaj has banned the execution of a prison sentence against him. According to the Court's response, this had happened after Swedish authorities had refused his extradition.
And what's the green light for getting back, Zhark will use it immediately. In a photograph published by family members on social networks, in addition to his change where Zarch is seen by a beard, it is warned that he will soon return to Kosovo, where there are several businesses.
“Returning”, published Facebook entry says.
We remember that the District Court in Pristina, on April 21, 2011, had pronounced Jabir Zarko guilty of committing criminal acts of illegal possession and possession of weapons, and had pronounced him a three-year prison sentence, as well as a fine of 1,500 euros.
This ruling was confirmed by the Supreme Court of Kosovo on May 8, 2012. But six months after his conviction was confirmed by the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Zharku had remained at large, even though the act of executing the decision by the District Court of Pristina at the time had reached the Kacannik Municipal Court.
