At least 12 people have been injured in clashes between protesters and police at the opposition protest in Tirana.
Opposition charges of Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj's brother ties with drug trafficking were due to the protest.
Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha said justice is being served by drug trafficking, organised crime and related government.
According to him, protest is, not an attempt at power, but a people's effort against the destructive ruler. Minister Xhafaj himself, during the day, has declined to speak up on the opposition's charges against him.
While Prime Minister Edi Rama has called the opposition protest unfaithful.
“Thank you to all of those Democrats, who do not want to look at the government, but refuse to participate in the real-protesta as ridiculous, as even disloyal to any Albanian and Albanian, who refuses to harm Albania for literature”, has written Rama on Facebook.
