Hoxhaj, in a proposal for Indexline, has said EU institutions have confirmed that Kosovo has fully met the conditions set for gaining free movement.
“In the meetings I have had with the commissioners Hahn and Avramopollos, as well as with many European Parliament deputies, has been confirmed on the part of EU institutions that Kosovo has fully met the conditions for free visa movement”, Hoxhaj has said.
