Nikola Seshel, son of Serbian criminal Vojislav Seshel, reached agreement with the Serbian High Public Prosecutor on admitting guilt for unauthorising a pistol.
Sezel's son will remain under house arrest and cannot leave without the court's approval.
He was sentenced to six months in prison without electronic supervision. Court spokeswoman Bojana Stankovic said the agreement ended on 12 June 2017 and was confirmed by the tribunal on 13 November.
With a court ruling, the weapon was confiscated on September 22, 2017, at a café in Batajnica, after which he was arrested.
