Hojaries divided, cause of speeches in Kosovo prisons

Three days ago, the Ministry of Justice and the Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK) have signed a memorandum of co-operation, which engages 20 immas to hold religious lectures in Kosovo prisons in an effort to delegise prisoners.

Outside this list were left with people who had an indictment, or were suspected of recruiting Kosovars to Syria.

Shefqet Krasniqi, Enes Goga, Enis Rama are just some of the imams left off the list to be legal.

Imam in the Mitrovica municipality, Enis Rama, was suspected of recruiting Kosovars to the ISIS wars in Syria and Iraq.

Unlike Imam Shefqet Krasniqi, however, to Enice Rama, there was no accusation.

He in an interview with Insander, said he's witnessed many times his knowledge of this subject, and leaving him out does not see fit.

I'm not in the middle of what's assigned to legalize. Every time he called, we contributed to the state. Those who have appointed it know how much we know how much we can contribute to this subject. I have failed many meetings and tables, my approach to this subject. I think I've been told I've got some contributions. But the assignment of people was by somebody else, and I think they're going to get the point of”, Rama said.

Mitrovica's Imam believes that if there is seriousness in this initiative, there will be results in Kosovo's dailisation already in suffering punishment.

I think it's going well. Dialogue, conversation, legalization are accepted forms of people, and in the advanced world, they are producing successes. If there's going to be proper access, and if it's done with people who know this subject, there will be good results Isalla”, Imam Rama said about Insander.

Unlike Rama, the imam of Podujevo, Imri Llugaliu, is one of the 20 imams who will now be legalists. Llugalu is assigned to legalize in the High Security Prison.

He said that despite the signing of agreements between the Ministry and BIK, they have yet to receive any information about when these lectures will begin.

I don't have any information on when the” laws will start, Llugaliu said.

Forve Llugaliu, in High Security Prison, is also assigned to legalize imam Mehmet Fazliu.

At Pristina's Centre for Pre-burging and Banning will be imam Remzi Haziri and Idriz Gigoli engaged.

At the Smreconica corrective Centre will be engaged by the imams Sadi Hasani and Jetish Berisha, at the Pejja imams Muhamet Mavraj and Artan Zeka Centre in Dubrava, Musli Arifi will be engaged.

At the Lipjan detention centre in Lipjan will be engaged Zaim Battiiu and Wehbi Gajtan, at the Refi Bahtiri, Lumniye Bahtiri, and Sanije Mehmeti, at the Educational-Corgining Centre in Lipjan will be engaged in Skender Mehmeti and Burim Arifi, at the Pre-burging Centre in Gjilan will be imam Iz Mustafa, at the Pre-Cymental Centre in Prizren, Ukalo and Edi Abkazi and Abrekrek at the North Mitrovica Centre, and Rexhepa Luqaqi.
