Melted rock tides have turned several roads into volcanic deserts after the number of houses destroyed by the Kilauea volcano has grown, and authorities told residents to flee Slav.
The Chileague volcano's oven has seriously damaged the Leilan area on the Big Island, where overnight the number of destroyed homes has exceeded 80 by 50. Some 890 hectares of land have been burned by mortar since May 3rd in what is considered the most devastating eruption of Kilauea in the last 100 years, Tch reports.
Authorities say dozens of other facilities are surrounded by lava that will soon be destroyed, while warning residents not to wait until the last moment to leave and then remain trapped.
In addition to the burning lava, land cracks, and toxic gases, another has recently increased the situation in Hawaii. The blue flames coming out of the ground are burning methane gas, and experts say it can withstand massive explosions if the flames are able to enter the Metan's pockets underground.
Authorities said the risk of the situation is evident quite by the fact that firefighters are going from house to house to evacuate people and are not fighting the flames, as these flames cannot be stopped by anything.
