Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has acknowledged that the situation in Kosovo's telecom is not good and to get out of this situation, he said a serious investor is needed.

Speaking of delaying the implementation of the new code 383, which was in advance for June, the executive leader said they would not share money from the budget to save the current state of telecom.

We have a lot of problems with the telecom, with their financial balance position, and these problems have come out immediately on the lawn. So all of them. And now I have to take one by one and I think getting out of this situation is a serious investor in the company. Otherwise it'll be very hard to get the company out of the situation. But I'm repeating it from a company that's been very profitable, we have a company that's minus-lossed, money minus. Sometimes I'm hearing everyone's debate trying to figure it out, I'm told to forgive you, but when you have negatives when you're short, how you do it. We're forced to act. We're acting in the interest of workers, their families and this country. So far we have prayed, asked them to reduce their uncoherent and megalomaean expenses of whatever nature they were. Stop the practice of the expenses there was. We don't give him money. No more logic. Believe me, we'll take them. We only delay 6 months and that money just falls into the hole of”, Haradinaj said.

By contrast, the Government at today's meeting has appointed thinking Rugova co-ordinator, climate change and environmental issues. Rexhep Hoti, national co-ordinator for culture, youth and sports in the Republic of Kosovo has also been appointed.

The government has also allocated tools worth 107m and 600 euros for coverage of Etnik Balaj's recovery spending, from Prizren, which is being treated in Turq
