The chairman of this commission, Daut Haradinaj, has written that the gravity of this law concerns citizens directly, hoping that municipalities will inform citizens of the weight of the law.
This is Haradinaj's post:
Today, by unanimous vote, they were given support to the law dealing with construction without permission.
The chairman of this task force, Mr Liburn Aliu, presented the proposed amendments to the commission. This law is one of the most important laws in Kosovo, and as such, I believe the next session will be adopted as it is today in the Commission.
The importance of this law is that it has to do directly with the citizens of our country, so I hope that Kosovo's municipalities will inform citizens of the gravity of this law.
Two things are vital in this Law:
- A) Elimination of administrative bureaucracy and B) Taxa at the minimum cost to citizens.
So I want to congratulate the citizens of this country and invite them to exploit this legitimate right.
