The initiative for drafting the Law for Government has assembled the decision-based commission of Prime Minister Haradinaj, KTV reports.
The chairman of this commission, Besnik Tahiri, says that before discussing the number of government cabinet, the contents of the law should be discussed.
Tahiri says a draft of the Law on Government will be possible by year's end.
Civil society, however, requires that this law correct the number of ministries and deputy ministers.
Visar Rushiti says drafting this law appears not in the interest of the current government.
In the absence of law, the government has not been limited to the number of ministers or deputy ministers.
Prior to drafting this law, the government says it will adopt the Law on Salaries, Civil Service Law and the Law on Public Administration.
