This time around, the government has divided 57,944 for the residence of former Kosovo President Ibrahim Rugova's family in Velana district in Pristina.
The proposal, made by Culture, Youth and Sports Minister Kujtim Gashi, has been approved by the government cabinet.
The money is provided with the reasoning of paying <x0 employees with contracts for separate services” on this residence.
In October of last year, also at the request of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, the government had allocated 27,857 euros for paying employees for “special services” to the same residence.
Finance Minister Bedri Hamza said that “we owe” to separate these tools and that this amount of money is shared by state reserves and the payment is made through the MKRS.
President Ibrahim Rugova has died in January 2006, while his close family lives at the residence.
