The Constitutional Court in Pristina acquitted the four imams Bedri Robaj, Idriz Bilibani, Enes Goga and Mazlam Mazlam, as well as Fuad Rammi.
The chairman of the court, Vesel Ismaili, said the court has not confirmed the actual situation, as it has figured in the State Prosecutor's Act, so in the absence of evidence all the accused are acquitted.
Budgetary spending in this case, according to Ismaili, falls on the burden of the tribunal's budgetary means.
In this case, Imams Bedri Robaj, Idriz Bilibani, Enes Goga and Mazlam Mazlam, as well as Fuad Ramiqi were accused of acts of terrorism and calls for resistance.
According to the indictment, Bedri Robaj from 2012 to August 2014 in Pristina, at the improvised mosque at “Termocos”, where he served as an imam, during private sermons and speeches, has supported jihad-shehidology in Syria.
“Jimmya” to “Termokos” has acted outside the jurisdiction of the Islamic Community of Kosovo.

According to the prosecution, by these actions of accused Bedri Robaj and Idriz Bilibani have committed a criminal offense for committing terrorist acts, while other indictees Enes Goga and Mazlam Mazlam are accused of having committed the criminal work of inciting hatred, division or national, racial, religious or ethnic resistance. /Kallex/
