The Pristina municipality, along with 10 non-governmental organisations, organises the Pristina Reading” reading festival, aimed at raising awareness of the importance of reading to students and all society.
Pristina Readn has started as the reading festival held for children's day. This year's edition will take 7 days and include all ages. The organization includes 10 nongovernmental organizations that deal mainly with reading, knowledge, philosophy, and youth activities.
This is the first time that, along with the Pristina Community, civil society organisations make up the main part of the programme, starting on May 28th and ending on June 3rd. In this edition, Pristina Read will lie across Pristina, and not only in the main square.
The first events will be held Monday, in Pristina schools, for students of classes VI to IX from the TOKA organisation. The next event, on the same day, is “Nata of literature and poetry”, which will be held in the “Hivzi Sylejmani” at 20:30.
