Fifteen people were taken to the hospital, three of them with critical injuries, the Regional Premetic Service Peel said in a Tweet.
Still no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, but police have posted a photograph in Tateter, which saw two people wearing black shirts and hats wearing an object. /Periscope.
