Minister of Infrastructure Paul Lekaj has said that today a job of importance for Podujevo, for Pristina's connection to Podujevo, via the national N 25th, 4km long, costing approximately 5m euros, while jobs will be done in 200 days.
For me as minister and my associates, this is a special project. We will not stop, we will continue with projects like this. Today we started here in Podujevo, next week we start for Mitrovica and I can say that I am quite happy that we are implementing all those projects that have slept for years. Only this project when it started and nothing was done, so I am determined to start every project on time, but to implement it precisely. The Podujevo and citizens grace this project and ask the company to be cautious and implement under the entire project” contract, said Minister Pal Lekaj.
Interior Minister Lekaj has said that within this year, we will continue with other tickets as soon as the procedures have been completed.
Meanwhile, the deputy head of the Podujevo municipality, Nedimi Rudari, said this project is important for citizens and the country, especially for those living in Europe, because it is the main artery that connects Kosovo to the outside world.
