Before leaving Istanbul, Erdogan called Britain “strategic partner and ally” and said he would discuss bilateral, regional and international issues.
Among these issues are developments with Cyprus, where Turkey and Britain act as guarantors, as well as a joint plan in the Middle East, in particular in Syria, Iraq and Iran.
Erdogan stressed that meetings will focus on trade relations between Turkey and Britain.
He added that he will continue economic reports with Britain even after Brex.
