DEATHRATH E PRINCIPLES
This statement sums up our ideas, our social goals and public strategy for our political engagement. Our primary goal is to advance the public commitment to social development and migration from a decade of state-government mismanagement.
1. CONTEKSTI
The Republic of Kosovo is the result of people's freedom efforts. We believe that equality between peoples and within peoples is the way to peace, prosperity and progress. We consider that today's difficulties with the Republic of Serbia are the result of the invading past and the history of ethnic and developmental corruption, which caused the division between citizens and social groups. Such regimes will not be repeated in Kosovo. Our society that experienced them should be guarantor of equal treatment of all its inhabitants.
Today, however, the Republic of Kosovo continues to be underdeveloped as a society, poor as an economy and unconsolidated as a state. Most of it, citizens, are politically subdued and economically exploited within a state that serves the interests of the minority that property and controls most of the property.
Today, state government is not exercised throughout the territory of the Republic. Its large administration enables employment for customers, but no service for citizens. The political system enables electoral democracy, but reduces social legitimacy. The local market continues to have large circulation of goods, but small accumulate of property. As a society, its citizens live together formally but divided into reality. Generally, our republic remains a place where survival is possible, but not also the well-being and co-existence.
We are committed to changing this situation. Today, citizens of the Republic are the few. Their commitment to them, their commitment to them, is an effort to address them. The policies that led to, poor and expelled should be replaced by development, social-democratic policies, which will enable local production, employment for all and fair distribution.
2. PRINCIPLES GALLY
We engage in collective and individual freedom, for citizens' communities, popular sovereignty, plural and solid societies, economic development, justice and social equality. At the same time, we engage in a political and economic system that does not discriminate and privilege, for full gender equality, independent judiciary, functional administration, efficient health and quality schooling.
We believe that the people of Kosovo, as well as other peoples, has the right to self-determination, free definition of collective destiny. In this regard we engage in complete, unhindered realization of this principle. For us, the referendum is the mechanism that must be affirmed for free expression of political will, but also for the involvement of citizens in decision making for public affairs.
Our social democrat response to the contemporary problems of the Republic and society consists of trust in the primat of political action through democratic power towards economic forces, leading them to the service of the general good. We accept the concept of market economy, aware of its ability to create material bases that enable social welfare but refuse to accept the dictates of social life.
Freedom and equality are inseparable to us. Both are prerequisites and content of human and society's welfare. Freedom achieved as collective efforts, but concretely as individual value. General freedom enables and maintains personal freedom. Equality in the treatment remains the condition of collective freedom and life of individual freedom. So we devote ourselves to building and developing a just, equal, open society. We also engage to protect media freedom and critical thinking, to preserve and maintain the fundamental values of freedom and unity, where no citizen will be a hostage to poverty, ignorance and submission.
We devote ourselves to the dignity and well-being of the individual by respecting his/her developing rights of the institutions until full. Our aim is to distribute power, encourage diversity and support the creativity of citizens, social groups, and society. It is the duty of the state to enable all citizens to achieve these ideals, contribute to their communities and participate in decision making that directly affects their lives.
CYTETEAR REPUIBLIC E LAIEK, SOCIAL AND Z HVILEM
We devote ourselves to a democratic society, sharing the belief that democracy should preserve the status of principle, as a spirit of organisation within us, and as governance in the institutions of the Republic. For us, that is a starting point and a goal. We do not reduce the development of democracy only through institutions, but because we engage in full democracy, democracy everywhere, even through development and co-operation with democratic social structures. Democracy as the value of the concept is the most radical way of combating totalitarian thinking, as well as the equality of political weight, social furniture, opportunity and rights. For us democracy is involvement, its form is the circle, and so the separation between the representatives and the represented is avoided. We engage in legal infrastructure and institutional behaviour in Kosovo to have a positive nature; to create opportunities and spaces for social progress and individual fulfillment, and by no means restrictive and disciplinary. At the same time, and in this direction, we engage in balance of powers between legislation.iLavender, executive and judiciary.
We engage in civic republics, where all enjoy the same rights, where they live together in peace and where different cultures develop freely.
The Republic of Kosovo belongs to any citizen living in it: it must above all be understood as the common space of individuals and social groups, regardless of their ethnic and cultural affiliation.
We are aware that the citizenship of the new century is built on accepting the standards and rules that govern a functional and progressive society. In this, we believe that the principle of ethnic unity on which our society is built and defined should be replaced by the principle of common values by promoting social unity through the beliefs, needs, talents, and common goals of each citizen.
We see each generation responsible for the fate of its common homeland and its environment. By respecting these values of individual peace and social justice, we reject any prejudice and discrimination based on ethnicity, color, religion, age, disability, gender or sexual orientation by rejecting all forms of privileges and inequality.
Aware that the journey for freedom and justice is beyond compare, we uphold human rights and transparent governance, and the development of a stable economy that serves the needs of citizens and that allows for higher quality public services. At any time, it will rise in defense of the right of expression, writing, prayer, association and free voting, defending the right of citizens to enjoy privacy in lives and homes, and we believe that sovereignty belongs to citizens and that democratic power stems from them.
We engage in social and economic structures with the aim of reassessing existing gender roles in the function of freedom, justice and social solidarity. Without equality between husband and wife, it is not a matter of advanced, developed society. Here, we will affirm transformational policies and open discussions at the Republic Assembly and other comprehensive forums, with the goal of social awareness. Gender equality is not achieved through consensus. While necessary, legal infrastructure is not enough if it does not interfere with everyday social practices. Gender equality only at the opportunity, under the circumstances in which women operate in Kosovo, only reproduces the conditions of inequality, layered historically. It's gender roles in society and families that need to be contested and changed.
We are devoted to a secular republic. Lacicity enables and maintains coexistence. By excluding any kind of fundamentalism of religious and anti-religious stigmatism, we respect freedom of faith and conscience. Dedicated to neutral state regulation over any religion, we consider that public space should take into account cultural and religious diversity by respecting freedom of manifestation up to the limits of guaranteeing fundamental rights in service of cohesion, peace, integration, overall interest and social emancipation.
We support the citizen's right to freely define the form of governance that would well suit his/her needs, dedicated to promoting a framework and the Social Democrat programme of a possible broader government representing all ethnic and cultural distinctions of the Republic of Kosovo. We will be especially committed to promoting effective local governance, realizing it as the main level from which all vital decisions are made for society and where citizens' services are offered in the most direct way possible.
4. SOCIAL PRINCIPLES AND Z HVILEM
We devote ourselves to the social and developmental republic. We encourage a stable economy that empowers the processes of welfare production, develops citizen talents and works on the purpose of profiting for all through the right distribution of social goods and developmental success. We engage in participation and cooperation in industry and trade within a competitive environment, where the state enables freedom in the market, but it also intervenes and co-ordinates whenever this proves necessary.
We will affirm scientific research and innovation by encouraging promotion of technology to increase citizen welfare.
We will work for a partnership with citizens and social groups in all areas of life. We understand that freedom in the market and entrepreneurship is necessary for economic development but that the free market itself does not enable the fair distribution of wealth. So we support the most just and wide distribution of social wealth, affirming the right of every citizen to social security and cultural activity. We also engage in the most efficient public service, their diversity and innovation by enabling equal access to all.
We engage in institutionalisation of social solidarity and the social economy. An economy with the right division of wealth produces prosperity and creates sustainable development, raising purchasing power that maintains employment for all under dignified conditions and personal security.
5. BA SUCCESS
REFORMA AROUND ESE
We consider that the constitutional framework regulating representation of minority communities in the Republic of Kosovo (the model of guaranteed elements) in the Constitution of Kosovo) does not successfully address their situation and needs. Such an approach originated in Kosovo's constitutional definition as multiethnic society composed of Albanians and other communities (Neni)
3). Ten years later, the practical consequences of this definition were involved with institutionalising ethnic division in the new country. Furthermore, the constitutional determination that only ethnic-based organised subjects can participate in the electoral political leadership race has resulted from the non-integration of communities, but not the political representatives of communities living in Kosovo.
Through our platform, we will engage in the race for guaranteed countries in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly to enable every representative of ethnic and cultural communities, not having ethnic affiliation to limit and define political representation. At the same time, we will welcome and work to create conditions for each member of the ethno-cultural communities to engage politically with us and thus represent the interests of its community whether through political engagement or election competition. We engage in reforming and improving electoral legislation in the country, so that representatives of all communities can be included in any of the political subjects in Kosovo. For us, this presents practical starting point of effective political and institutional integration of all communities, paving the way for sustainable economic and cultural co-existence, as well as social peace. We consider that such an approach, a reformer, would encourage all political subjects in the Republic of Kosovo to develop comprehensive policies, being governed by the statehood logic that the citizen has in the background as a collection of values and beliefs, not only as representatives of ethnic affiliation.
6. BA ENJOY AND PLAYING THANKING
We pledge international action and co-operation, being aware of the citizens' interdependence with society, state with the region and the region with the world. We believe that the citizen should be directly involved in the leadership of his communities, committed to empowering democratic processes, and committed to a fair system and representatives of the government of efficient parliamentary institutions, freedom of expression, of decisions reached at the most viable level, and of a fair voting system for all election levels.
The responsibility for justice and freedom cannot be confined within national and state borders; We are committed to combating poverty, oppression, hunger, ignorance, disease and aggression wherever they appear, promoting free exchange of ideas, people, goods and services.
We pledge co-operation with states, nations and other subjects to enable a peaceful international order and a sustainable system of joint security. Dedicated to achieving higher democratic standards and membership in the European Union and NATO, we affirm integration values by being guided in these principles.
We will contribute to the peace and reconciliation process throughout the region and the Balkan peoples, ever aware of the bloody past and the challenges of the future. We remain committed to maintaining and maintaining common social democracy by engaging in a constructive role through international organisations with similar goals and objectives.
There are these conditions of freedom and social justice that are the responsibility of every citizen, as well as the duty of the state to protect and advance.
We are women and men who work together to achieve these goals.
