The quake has fallen about 18:15 minutes, and according to the Mediterranean Centre of Epicenterology, it has been 23km south of the city of Vlora, at a depth of just two kilometers.
Shades have felt light in surrounding areas and in the city of Vlora.
No material or human damage reported.
