Kosovo citizens must engage for the future. Returners should be able to travel safely. I'm glad the Kosovo police managed the situation in Kline, but it shouldn't be necessary. Violence is not an answer; serious efforts to reconcile are needed to achieve Kosovo's” goals, Delawi writes.
