David, who slaughtered two children in their New York home, was sentenced to life in prison.

56-year-old Yoselyn Ortega was described as a clean “il” by the judge before the maximum sentence was pronounced, without the possibility of forgiveness.

The blood bodies of two children, Krem, 6, and her brother Leo, 2, were found from their mother in the bathtub in October 2012.

On Monday, Ortega trembled as she apologized to the court for her terrible crime.

“I am sorry for everything”, she said, adding that she hopes to reach an agreement to be forgiven, reports the BBC, Kosovohas.

During the nanny's two - month trial, the mother of the children had also testified about the stage of attempted suicide of Ortegas.

I just want to wake up with this nightmare, which I always knew wasn't anxiety. It was true”, said the mother of children, describing the scene as a horror movie.

Judges have said the nanny was disappointed because she felt she was working harder for the family, and she also had problems paying for schooling for her son.

The nanny's protection has said she is not stable mental, and therefore she cannot bear responsibility for her action. Her lawyer claimed she had hallucinations that the devil had asked her to kill her children and herself.
