Meanwhile, in addition to these subjects in procedure that have been registered for the first three months, the legal representation office, so far there are a total of 288 cases of judicial contexts, and that monetary value is several tens of millions of euros.
But the subjects that are in procedure at the beginning of this year have to do with compensation for damage, which are presented in the lower table, while other subjects are property, administrative, residential, criminal, etc. Without any means.
As the date of the obligation to 13,03.2018, the municipality has had the heart of 2m euros required, with the plaintiff seeking compensation for the damage caused during the war. This subject is still in the Constitutional Court. While a 3m-euro duty subject has to do with what the plaintiff demands to cover the damage due to obstruction of construction on his property.
