At the Constitutional Court in Pristina Dejan Slaviqi from Obiliki today has been assigned custody of 30 days.
Slaviqi is a war crimes suspect in Kosovo.
Slavic's detention news of Serbia's public broadcaster has been revealed by his lawyer Nebojsa Vlajic, who has said to have made the court's decision on this safeguard clause against the suspect.
Slaviqi was arrested two days ago at the border checkpoint in Jarina, north of Kosovo.
He lived in Obilic until 2003 and was stationed in Lazarevc, Serbia.
