The court found the accused L.D. guilty of organised criminal crime in connection with the trafficking of persons in co-ordination and sentenced him to seven years and six months in prison and fines [...]
The court found the accused L.D. guilty of organised crime in connection with the trafficking of persons in co-ordination, and sentenced him to seven years and six months in prison and fined 8 thousand euros.
Also, accused L. D, the court pronounced an additional sentence against the urologist's profession for a period of two years starting from the day after serving the overall prison sentence.
The court convicted the accused S.H. of criminal offense and sentenced him to a year in prison.
The damaged parties have been instructed in civil procedure regarding their demands for material compensation. The sides can file complaints within 15 days after the act is handed over.
