In the village of Zerovnica of Zveqan, last night around midnight with Molotov cocktail cocktails, the home of the investigating police in the north, Milan Ristovic. Strangers have thrown inside the house of Molotov, the fire hasn't roared through all spaces, and there were no hurt people.
Metro has learned that the reasons for the Molotov cocktail attack on police Restovic have occurred as a result of his involvement in a conflict with drug smugglers there.
Milan Ristovic had already cooperated with drug smugglers, but now the policeman has run into a lot of trouble with them, he's been demanding that his bribe be increased and shared with a larger portion of the money in order to allow them to smuggle pills freely in the northern part, but the latter have refused and has come to the problem of the attack that took place last night at midnight in his home.
The conflict between Ristovic and drug smugglers has come to the point when the police wanted to increase to him a lot of money to secure free activities for those in northern Mitrovica.
By contrast, the same police officer had been burned in a 5-month-old car, while the authors were not yet caught by police. Ristovic has been chief of operations at the police station in northern Mitrovica, and is now only investigators, he is known for seeking tribute from people who illegally bring goods from Serbia to Kosovo and maintains close ties with smugglers.
Such cases of burns and attacks in northern Mitrovica have already become common. For the last four years in the North 33 cars have been burned.
