Constitutional Decision for Association Ignored at First Team Management Meeting

The Managing Team for the draft of the Association/Resistance of Serb-based municipalities since the first meeting has expressed the determination that single guides will have Brussels agreements and the Law for Local Self-Government, Koha Ditore writes today.

There is no mention of the Constitutional Court's decision, which had found violations in all seven chapters of the Brussels Agreement.

The Management Team was created by the past government, but which started the job a few weeks ago after Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj gave the green light. The meeting in northern Mitrovica is held only with representatives of Serbs. In Prime Minister Haradinaj's cabinet, they have not indicated whether they have accepted any reports from this meeting, and how they respond to the northern people's warning that drafting the statute will be carried out by ignoring the Constitutional decision.
