Kosovo Assembly MPs today will vote for ten candidates who, months ago, have entered the race to become “gardes of the Constitution.

Among these candidates are people who have political backgrounds, Inseder writes.

What they worked for in the past and what is the professional preparation of judges' candidates at the Constitutional Court.

Safet Hoxha

Safet Hoxha is currently chairman of the Public Procurement Commission (KRPP). While in 2013 he had run for a member of the Steering Council of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, (PDK), in the municipality of Suhareka.

Born January 19, 1968. He went to primary school in Black in Suhareka. The middle man in Suhareka and Pristina studies at the Jurydical Faculty.

Professor of Tech School “Skender Lagasi”, and is currently professor at the Jurydical Faculty in Prizren.

Nexhami Rexhepi

He is the extraordinary and almighty ambassador of Kosovo to the Republic of Slovenia. And during 2009, APU 2013, he served as Kosovo's first ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Rexhepi was born in 1977, in Pristina. He graduated from the Faculty of Jurydide of the University of Pristina, while postdiplomical studies were completed at the University of Bologna and Sarajevo University. He also studied at Johns Hopkins University, Arizona State University, University of Illinois for Technology, Kent Law School, and the University of Graz.

Before becoming part of the Kosovo Republic's Diplomatic Service, Ambassador Rexhepi has been working as a teacher at the Pristina University Faculty of Jurydical, as well as Legal Adviser at the International Civilian Office in Pristina.

Furthermore, he has already worked in the Government of Kosovo at the Ministry of Energy and Mines as director for legal issues; District Court in Pristina; Centre for Jurydic Criminal Protection (OSBE); The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Association for Academy Training; as well as legal advisers for several different companies and projects.

Remze Istrefi-Peci

Another candidate expected to be voted today is Remzije Istrefi-Peci.

He's been a professor-assist at the Law School since 2012. Istreff also holds many awards for her professional career.

Remzije Istrefi '%Peci was born on August 28, 1972. Istrefi is a doctor at the Conventional Justice Field in Graz, Austria.

In 2009, she conducted doctoral studies at the University of Pristina-The Department of Political Sciences on the subject “The responsibility of the International Organizations in post-conflict Situations: The mission of the United Nations Organisation in Kosovo (UNMIK)”.

In May 200, Istref received the title L. L.M. (Legium Magister) in the area of the International Human Rights Law at the University “Nore Dame”, in Indiana, U.S.A.

She worked for ten years as a Human Rights Adviser on the O Mission SEU in Kosovo, and has served as adviser to various local and international institutions, including UNDP, ECMI, KJI and KIPA.

Istrefi has published several scientific articles on human rights and contributed to numerous books published in Europe.

Since 2010 she has been the executive manager of the “Typass Partition” project funded by the Netherlands Foreign Affairs Ministry, the largest multiethnic project ever implemented in the divided town of Mitrovica. Since 2011, Istrefi has been an arbitrator near the American Chamber of Commerce.

Hajzer Salihu

He is a member of the Independent Council for the Civil Service of Kosovo.

He was born on the day of 26.11.1976, in the village of Bucks, Skenderaj Town. The primary and high school was conducted in the home, studies at the Jurydical Faculty of Pristina, Master Studies in Diplomacy at the University of Southeast Europe.

Salihu during 2002, 2003 has been a lawyer/practice at the Kosovo Lawyers' Oda, (OAK), has worked as a liaison official for Cultural Heritage Institutions in Kosovo, the Cultural Heritage Division, at the Ministry of Culture.

It was the Secretary General's duty to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Director of the Department of Education, Implementation and Monitoring of Policy in MPB.

Giant Corrol

Among these candidates is analyst Fargan Qorrolli.

He's a legalist at Pristina University. He studied international relations at the University of Budapest, University of Southeast Europe, as well as at the American University of Washington.

Manaj Rock

Also among these is the son of Democratic League of Kosovo activist (LDK), Shaban Manaj, Rock Manaj.

Manaj in June 2016 has been elected chairman of the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service.

Albanian Ibraj Mala

It ended the Jurydical Faculty at the University of Pristina in 1995, while postdiologic studies recorded international direction at the Faculty of Jurydic in Pristina in the WUS Austria programme in 2009.

During 1999-2001, he served as an Albanian transpire Albanian ʹ Albanian and official for the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Halfage, in close co-operation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, in dealing with former prisoners, with psychosocial programmes.

Among these candidates are also: Bajram Latifi, Nebojsa Boriqiq, Radomir Laban.
