This meeting was said to be closed, but President Thaci has published a photo on Facebook, where he looks as he debates with Chancellor Merkel.

Chancellor Angela Merkel made high honours for Thaci in Berlin.

After meeting with the president, Merkel had asked Kosovo to fight corruption as well as reduce unemployment.

While, Thaci said she expressed to the German Chancellor Kosovo's readiness for the final phase of dialogue with Serbia.
