No Choices From Tables

Political analysts are criticising the way political party tables have been held so far. According to them, political parties have declined the topics to the tables held so far, and this has been witnessed at the last table called by the Vetevendosje Movement, which would have to discuss dialogue with Serbia, and [...]
Analyst Behlul Beqaj says there is deviation of topics, and according to him no table is considered successful if stops are made about specific topics.
I think he's off the subject. The elections have been one of the reasons why they have not emerged as priorities for the organizers of previous tables. However, no successful table is considered if stops are made on topics for which perhaps a desk participant is interested in opening up as a dilemma. In that sense no matter what subject is being opened, what question is discussed if there is a willingness from partners to discuss the impact on the adequate solution to the problem that this case has to do with elections, why not even discuss it. But on the other hand, if there is a replacement of the paper instead of discussing topics that have been the reason for organizing the table and a topic out of the question of why the table is organized should also be aware of his motive. Therefore, I said participants if they have common motive can come up with thoughts that positively influence decision-making”, he said.
According to Beqaj, if the table participants have different motives then the table may only be a lost time.
The efficiency of interactions in common interest, according to Beqaj, is the formula that can bring down any government.
The more vain tables are organized, the more conditions are created for continued power. So, the efficiency of interactions in common interest is the formula that can bring down any government and on the other hand whether there are tactical interests within partners or in the opposition or in position that only makes those who organize the table, that they turn out more seriously than the power they want to destroy. So it remains in logic, in the responsibility of those who are co-particators whether as organizers or partners who want to eventually make a choice whether the question about choice or the issue that concerns any problem, such as the capital themes of dialogue, association... if their communication is harmonised with the common interest logically that table can be considered successful, but if their motive is dysdonic, then the table is only a waste of time, perhaps even the negative effects in the psychological aspect of propaganda, the socio-technization and the country, Bex> said.
A little different than that, analyst Artan Murati thinks. He told Kosova Preis that there is no deviation in the treatment of subjects, as according to him the definition of subjects has not been done in the best possible way.
There have been further discussions on what will be discussed. Even the political leaders of different subjects tended that five points will be discussed, this or that, so there is no clear agenda as to whether to discuss elections or to discuss dialogue with Serbia, transformation of KSF into military and so on. So, we can't say that it has deviated from why these political tables have been initiated, because even the LDK that was the first to have held a certain political table on the issue has in fact been the discussion of elections, maybe a compatibility for the general election that LVV specified even more and focused only on that topic. However, there seems to be no will and interest at the moment to discuss early elections”, Murati said.
Murati also said that after the three tables held have been seen that these tables will not produce any desirable effect. This, according to him, has also been distributed at the last table where it has been seen that far away are political subjects to reach a consensus on any subject.
“If we talk about political parties as a whole it's every time hard to say whether there is broad compatibility to go to the polls. I consider that such a thing we will never achieve, that is, where all political subjects will agree to go to elections. I think there are some political subjects that may also be ready for elections, but a considerable number of others and the largest number of subjects I think are not ready for elections. Taking into account internal reforms that are making some political subjects, results from local elections that have not quite well shown some other subjects. So in general, I think there will be an effort to postpone even the time of elections, but this remains to be seen how the opposition will co-operate because in large measure it depends also on opposition co-operation. If there is a real opposition co-operation, this government could easily drop”, he said.
Murati also said there are many more important topics at the moment than elections for Kosovo. According to him, the question of how government and Parliament are functioning should not be overlooked.
The government does not have enough votes and cannot do anything without agreement with the opposition, but at the same time the opposition does not have enough votes to bring down the government.
On the basis of this, Murati said a consensus must be found, which is expressed sceptical that it can be reached on tables of the kind that have been kept so far.
“I hope you don't end [the Heres], at least try to find a solution. There are sufficient mechanisms to discuss issues of national interest in the country, including institutional mechanisms that are the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo. But even these informal tables are even held in the Kosovo Assembly or while they are of this format, so I think that's all right if they keep meeting. However, these meetings should also produce results because otherwise the interest of not only political leaders or political officials participating, but citizens will also begin to ignore such meetings, which are being organised”, Murati told Kosova Prees.
In the next desk, the Social Democrat Party must organise, since it is the fourth force in the Assembly.
