Must be changed to FSHMN review commission

Lulzim Zeneli has again entered the race to become part of the University of Pristina academic staff as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences.

Zenel will again be assessed by the reviewing commission consisting of Ramiz Hoti and Ismet Hashani, who three years ago had written that he met the criteria for accepting him as an assistant professor, had referred to one against his candidate.

The Resensive Commission's appointment is appointed by the University of Pristina's Faculty of Natural Maths for the contest, proclaimed on April 27th. The only difference in this commission will be not naming Nevzat Aliaga because of his retirement. Instead, it will be Professor Arlette Rifati-Noja.
Zenel has warned that next week he will ask for management UP's and faculty to switch the recession commission for the position in which it has competed. After Zenel's complaints about the 2015 contest, the Prosecution has ordered the Kosovo Police to collect evidence against professors Ismet Hashan, Ramiz Hoti and Navzat Aliaga for the 2015 contest, which required teaching on biochem, Stereochem, and the Metabolisation of Bionocules.
As the newspaper Life in Kosovo had reported, the three professors as part of the FHN Recencing Commission, in 2015 they had referred to candidate Hamit Ismaili as an assistant professor without meeting the criteria for this competition for scientific work, while rejecting candidate Lulzim Zenelli even though writing that “represents a solid number of scientific publications”.
Zeneli had at the same time complained to all educational institutions, as well as to a criminal complaint with March 7th 2017, at Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutorship against three members of the Resensive Commission for violating the competition criteria.
The Randa Crime Prosecutor, in March 2018, has called on Kosovo Police to collect evidence for the case of members of the FSHMF Resensive Commission.
I authorized the Kosovo Police to collect information. The moment the police collect the information, then I get a decision to start the investigation. The moment I make a decision to investigate will invite the three members of the Resensive Commission”, case prosecutor Kujtim Munishi for Calco.com said.

The YinK has contacted the dean of the Faculty of Natural Mathematics, Tahir Arbneshi, has said there is no information that Kosovo police have started collecting information in the 2015 case.
I have to get official announcement from the state and nothing has come to me. When he takes over then he takes precautions”, Arbneshi said.
He said that after being in place of two professors he would not have agreed to be part of the Resensive Commission.
The “Ethics are individually available. I wouldn't be joining the commission. My opinion. But my opinion may be like you say in Kosovo, that we call it grosh juice”, dean Arbneshi said.
Dean said that the faculty council, which he heads, has been established for the composition of the review commission. At the Council meeting, according to him, no one has been rejected by the department's proposial for part of the review commission to be Professor Hoti and Hashani.
The department proposed, then came to the faculty Council and all the members voted. They haven't followed any objections, which is the most contrary reason I'm”, Arbneshi said.
Otherwise, the University of Pristina on April 27th 2018 has announced the competition for 62 positions for selecting academic personnel at UPP faculties. The competition is closed on May 14, 2018.
