The oldest family member of former American presidents was admitted by Houston's hospital on April 22nd, a day after attending his wife's funeral, which had died on April 17th. The couple had been married for 73 years, reports “Reuters”, Periscopi broadcast.
His “My parents report that he is making advances and is happy that he is returning home”, spokesman Jim McGrath said through a statement.
Bush, who had governed the country during 1989, until 1993, had been forced to undergo medical treatment a year earlier when he was later diagnosed as a slight case of pneumonia./Periscopi/
