The head of the Skyright Community, Bekim Jashar, in 2018 declared that there is more money available compared to a year ago. In last year's statement, as chairman of the airport board, he had declared money available to (CASH) only 15 thousand euros. Now Yasar has 45 thousand euros in cash, or a total of 600,000 euros in cash. This is not the only change, since it in its declaration of wealth that it made at the beginning of this year has declared another car, which it has valued at 16 thousand euros.
He has declared in the Anti-Corruption Agency that he has common assets a 900 square metres house and also 18 acres of land, but has not declared the value of this real estate.
In the same way, Jashar had done so during 2016 when he had declared his fortune as then chairman of the board of Pristina International Airport.
In the AKK, Jashari as real estate has declared a property of 40,000 square metres, which according to the statement is property for rent for 99 years. For this property, Jashar has claimed to be co-owner, shareholder of 20 percent.
Mayor Yasar has claimed to own three cars that together amount to 66 thousand euros.
The first of the Scikyright Community has declared that it is a 50 - percent shareholder in the Kosovo Group. The P.K, which according to it amounts to 250 thousand euros. Besides him, shareholders in this company are also: Fazli Jashari, Bashkim Jashari, Bahri Nuredini, Xhafer Demaj, Besim Demaj and Avni Lushtaku via his company- “N. 100% Design”.
As head of the Skyeraj municipality, Bekim Jashari receives a monthly salary of 1,000 and 116 euros, which he receives in one year's salary of 13 thousand and 392 euros. While from the property rent where Jashar is a 20 per cent shareholder he has declared to receive 27 thousand euros and 960 euros.
Even during 2016, where Bekim Jashar had declared his fortune as chairman of the Board of Pristina International Airport, the value of the common house's wealth of 900 square feet [900 sq m] and land of 18 hectares was not granted.
Yasar, once he assumes his position as head of the Scikyright municipality, on January 11, 2018, has declared his fortune. While the mayors of other municipalities have a published wealth declaration in 2017, the wealth of Sculetted Mayor Bekim Jashar and Deputy Chairman Nuredin Lushtaku was published in 2018.
