Association forms quickly, farther away at the end of the year

The chief of the Kosovo delegation for technical dialogue, Avni Arifi, has suggested that the Association of Communities with the Serbian Majority will be formed much farther by the end of this year, if the same is in line with the Constitution and laws of the state of Kosovo.

Arifi in this context has suggested “The new age” is pending draft of the Association statute.

He has stressed that the Kosovo side is fully committed to living up to international obligations.

Asked whether the issue of Association risks remaining for the final of Kosovo dialogue, Serbia, he has not denied such a thing, but has said the Kosovo side is engaged to live up to international obligations.
