A court in Australia has found the Catholic archbishop guilty of hiding child sexual abuse in 1970.
Philip Wilson thus becomes the oldest archbishop in the world to be punished for such a violation. The court has found that he has concealed the abuse of altar boys from a pedophile priest.
Along with the trial, he has denied that he has been aware of the abuse of victims, reports BCC, Kosovo Presses. Through a reaction issued by the church, Wilson says it is the disappointed “ ” with the court ruling, and that he is considering other legal opportunities.
