At the time most EU countries have stopped their gatherings, Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has gone to Bosnia. There, he has gathered his supporters on the eve of Turkish elections. At this gathering, someone has even carried a flag of Albania.
About 20 thousand Turks from Europe gathered before and in the “Yan Antonio Samaranch Zetra” hall in Bosnia and Herzegovina's capital, Sarajevo, where they are awaiting the arrival of Turkey's President, Recep Tayip Erdoğan, reports Anadolu Agency (AA).
Erdoğan arrived today on a working visit to BiH, while an address is also scheduled in the” Yuan Antonio Samaranch-Zetara” Hall where the sixth Congress of the European Union of Democrats of Turkq (UETD) will be held.
The Turkish president met with BiH Presidency Chairman Bakir Izetbetgovic, and during the day he will be honoured with honorary doctors from Sarajevo International University (IUS).
Along with Erdoğan, his number delegation, his wife, Emine Erdoğan, has also travelled to open the clinic for Hematology at the University of Sarajevo Clinical Centre (KCUS).
