Greek police have identified the authors of a murder committed two years ago, with victims of an Albanian citizen aged 32.
The murder occurred on November 12, 2016, in Keratsini, Athens. According to eyewitnesses, two people had been taken out of a car and shot at another car, where there were two people.
The attack seriously injured the second vehicle leader, who failed to survive and passed away when he was being taken to the hospital.
Greek media then speculated that the motive of the assassination was to wash possible scores with the victim.
But Greek police have dropped that assumption, while in a communique published Wednesday, they have announced the results of the investigation.
According to police, two Albanian citizens, aged 31 and 32, have resulted as perpetrators of the murder.
They were beginning to commit a pay murder ordered by another Albanian citizen. The objective, however, was, not the guide of the vehicle, but the person sitting in the passenger seat. According to police, they immediately decided to execute the vehicle director because of the reaction the victim made against them.
In November 2016, police gathered 10 calibre shells 9mm on the scene.
One of the perpetrators of the murder, 32 years old, is in prison in Greece, where he suffers the penalty for criminal acts related to drug trafficking.
While for the 31-year-old, considered an execution, police have announced the search and initiated procedures for the release of international arrest warrants.
