It was expected that Albania's maximum score was from neighbouring states, but this year in Eurosong, the song “Mall” of Eugene Bushpepa received 12 points from Azerbaijan.
These were the only maximum points Albania received from the professional jury of states participating in the European Song Festival. Neighbors like Macedonia, Greece and Montenegro voted 6, 7 and 10 points, respectively.
Not a pleasant surprise was Italy, which didn't give any points to Albania, even though our jury gave 12 points to the song <x0.> Surprise points were also those of Portugal and Hungary, which gave Albania 10 points.
