AKR and PDK crash, cause of several appointments

Health Minister Gisman Bridge has countered Mitrovica and Vushtrrial leaders Agim Bahtiri and Xhafer Tahiri, who had issued a joint communique accusing him of political influences in the election of hospital directors. Minister Ismaili has said they may be concerned, but not for citizens or [...]
“just as it's true that when they speak of “politicisation” and “health system damage”, they actually think in the “works” that they have done, which will be interrupted, in their municipalities”, Ismaili said. Furthermore, Minister Ismaili has said that the vision of The PDK, which he as minister of Health is extending with great satisfaction and strong will throughout health institutions, is exclusively for citizens.
Read Minister Ismaili's full reaction:
AKR's Agim Bahtiri / The VV's and LDK's Xhafer Tahiri, in a joint response, have expressed their concern about the process of selecting hospital directors in Mitrovica and Vushtrri municipalities they run.
Tahiri's Bahtiri has been demanding cancellation of the contests, arguing that he is trying to politicise hospitals and damage the health system.
True, they may be concerned. However, not for citizens, nor for the health system, but for themselves.
When they're talking about “polization” and “health system damage”, Bahtiri and Tahiri actually think in the “the” that they've done, which will be interrupted, in their municipalities.
With the reforms we've launched in Kosovo health, the irresponsible who serve clients and approach professionals who serve the citizens.
I know this hurts a lot. Because for those who have installed clientelelymism in their cities, whether in regional hospitals or hospital services, cutting down the root of crime means weakening them and strengthening citizens.
Vision of The PDK, which I as minister of Health am extending with great satisfaction and strong will throughout health institutions, is exclusively for citizens.
As for the contests, they are opened by the SHSKUK and not by the Ministry of Health.
Bahtiri and Tahiri do well not to interfere with the competencies of the USKKUK Director.
That's the pressure to keep their interests. But I assure them both, and everyone else, that there will be no surrender in fighting crime and in the good intention of finally returning to health.
We all know the LDK-led health confession during the past government mandate. They put him on the floor.
I know it will take time to get him on his feet. But good things have started and they will continue.
Finally, I've felt extremely satisfied with statistics showing that with 24-hour cardiosurgeology services with invasive cardiology, within KKUK, the volume of work has increased markedly and results have been noted in reducing waiting lists. Among other things, another 3m euros have been saved.
I'm sharing with all these statistics. They are positive, so much needed developments that give hope for what we believe is good health.
