Agim Bahtiri takes over residences to municipal bureaucratics and gives them to the poor (Dok)

In 2006 the Assembly of the municipality of Mitrovica had made a decision to separate 13 (13) professional residences of municipal institutions. On November 1, 2006, municipalities had contracted contracts on Kyrana for the period of ten (10), which expired at the end of 2016, but that users have not yet released city dwellings.

Portal Northu.info has secured the decisions signed by Mitrovica municipality head Agim Bahtiri, where on April 18, 2018, he has made the decision he has imposed on current housing users, which, in the long run, of sixty (60) days should release residences.

The decision shows that the release of residences is necessary, since the Mitrovica municipality will initiate procedures based on the Law on the Financing of Special Home Programs, where these residences will be provided in the use of families or individuals who are not in economically able to afford free housing market offers.

The municipality revealed that this law did not preparamount residences for professional quartials, so these residences would be given in the use of scamor.

Northo.info learns that on the occasion of visits by municipal officials to these residences, where they have been handed over to their decision of release, only three (3) out of thirteen (13) have been used for residences because others, although kept their homes, have had permanent residences elsewhere.

Among the mayors of Kosovo's Supreme Court, Enver Peci, is among the mayor of the municipality's residences, but now to be taken.

It is also seen that the beneficiaries of residences that must be released are KSF Major General Zymer Halimi and the director of the Regulatory Authority for Water Service, Raif Preten.
