25 years in prison for accused of murder at a club in Pec

Elshani, on Wednesday has been found guilty of serious criminal acts “serious murder”, “cause general risk”, “serious attempted suicide” and “possession, ownership and unauthorized use of weapons”.
According to the trial pronounced by the head of the court, Sami Shadaku, accused Elshani, will also be counted as past time in custody.
Also, the court against accused Elshani has pronounced additional punishment, seizure of the firearm, pistol “Sig Sauer”, while the same has forced it to pay the amount of 100 euros on behalf of criminal procedure spending.
The injured have been instructed in civil conflicts for property requests.
Otherwise, according to the indictment, on January 2, 2010, at the discotheque “City Club” in Pec, accused Granit Elshani, had entered with two “type guns. TT” had started shooting at the late Besart Sobhab and Valdet Kelmendi, who was wounded.
As described in the indictment, on the critical night of Granit Elshani, the target of the murder was the member of the Kelmendi family, Valdet, but the bullet had hit Besart Shabi, who had shot close by him.
