On May 2nd 1999, Albanian civilians from the village of Vushtrri Studies were taken and killed by Serb forces. Justice for the victims has not yet been imposed on that day.
Marking commemoration of the victims of the May 2nd 1999 massacre in the village of Vushtrri Studies, officials of this municipality under the auspices of President Xhafer Tahiri have organised a memorial academy.
The academy is held today from 12 o'clock in the martyrs ' cemetery in the village of Woztrria.
On May 2, 1999, in the village of Vushtrri Studies, 116 civilian residents were shot in two hours in the direction of Albania. Many others were wounded, and thousands more after the Serbian forces arrested had infiltrated Albania.
Justice has not yet been imposed by local institutions or international ones.
