Wednesday's Unpowerful Scheel Act
The Hague tribunal's successor, the so-called Mechanism for International Criminal Court (MICT) on Wednesday morning, will announce the almighty act of justice for Serbian leader Vojislav Seshel, who on the first scale two years ago was surprisingly acquitted of all counts of war crimes in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Hague prosecution has called for the break up of the free trial due to major concessions of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia's first-degree College (ICTY).
According to the prosecution's complaint, despite numerous evidence the College has received a scandalous “decision” that there have been no systematic and extensive attacks on the non-Serb population in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and no criminal enterprises, as well as Seheshel's responsibility for deportation, murder and other war crimes in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on Vojvodina Croats.
The prosecution considers witnessing to Sezel's criminal companies, led by Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic, who have organised the sending of Serbian volunteers and paramilitaries to commit war crimes in these countries. So it requires Seshel be sentenced to 28 years in prison or ordered retrial.
