Vuciq shares the bad news with Dachiqi: Work on reducing Kosovo recognitions not enjoying great powers

Serbia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, says that the solution to the Kosovo issue can only be reached by compromise, “but the conviction that Serbia will be forced to accept Kosovo, that solution makes it more distant”. The chief of Serbian diplomacy has told “Tanjugut” that the ministry he [...] has told him.
The chief of Serbian diplomacy has told “Tanjugut” that the ministry he heads offers logistical support to President Vuciq in all his efforts to find solutions and that for the first time in Serbia's history the diplomatic organised battle for the preservation of Serbian interests is being led, and that the battle is currently under way to reduce the number of countries that have recognised Kosovo.
Warning that in recent months, there has been an ultimatum-shaped statement on the Kosovo issue, as it says, that it will withdraw signing from the Brussels Agreement, Dacic said that “under international law has no chance of being respected only part of the signed agreement, such as the case with the Brussels Agreement”.
That's why I said, "You're worth everything, or you're not worth anything!" And I stand behind this”, Dachic said.
He adds that, he is not sure how far he has come to a solution.
I don't think even those who are leading these negotiations are safe. But it's important to talk to”, Dachic said.
The goal of the number of countries that have recognised Kosovo to reduce “below 100”, Daciq explains as a figurative figure, but explains that the goal of Serbia's diplomatic offensive is not to reach a certain number, but, as he says, to show that the process of Kosovo's independence is not complete and that it can go in the other direction.
There are 193 members in the United Nations, and the number must be reached under half that number. President Vuciq constantly tells me that what we're doing is extremely annoying and irritating to the great powers, because for them it's done. But for us, it's not finished, so we're working on it”, Dachic explains.
The “won't be an easy battle, because we work alone, while Pristina has the support of great powers. It is surprising, however, that in the past no one has dealt with this. I am thinking that many of them have looked forward to this issue as soon as resolved so that Kosovo can be removed from the agenda”, the chief of Serbian diplomacy said.
Asked whether Serbia, after defence at U NESTO, there is diplomacy prepared to deal with even the process of normalising relations between Belgrade and Pristina, which is developing under increasingly difficult circumstances, Dacic said the ministry led by him offers logistical support to President Vuciq, adding that “for the first time in Serbia's history is developing an organised diplomatic battle”.
I don't do many things publicly because of the great pressure of foreign countries. When a great power sends protest to any country that attracts recognition of Kosovo, then ask, what strategic partners and friends we are if they do this to us. Hard battles are under way, but the battle cannot be fought unless you are determined to win”, Dachic said.
The chief of Serbian diplomacy says there is reason to fight, “because Serbia has entered the status status status talks in Brussels, and that Belgrade's good and constructive goal in negotiations with Pristina has been misinterpreted, if it is thought that the solution to the problem is recognition of Kosovo's”. /Telegraph/
