Visar Ymer gives answers to Kadri Wessel platform

“What took the name “Platform”, this time the PDK chairman, Kadri Veseli, contains nothing but a call for co-ordination between political forces and civil society for the great Kʹtems of the Republic of Kosovo. The platform leaves much to be desired. Firstly, part of the major Themes are however the spordical themes for the interest of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo. No poll, of no election result (such as the manner of expressing the will of citizens) has ever released Dialogue with Serbia, nor the Community of the Serb Majorities as the top priority of the Republic of Kosovo”, has declared Ymer in a premonition for Periscope.

According to Ymer on this platform of Wessel, it is only required that it be talked about the continuation of major processes, such as dialogue with Serbia, but is not required to analyse the smooth work and a critical approach to all these issues is not required.

And yet these are the main ones on Vessel's range. Even one of them, Dialogue, has further confusion. A state platform for dialogue with Serbia is required in this discussion. This, according to the platform, facilitates the approach of the international community (?) and facilitates internal decision-making. Practically required that the process be free of opposition. Because, in spite of the formal requirement for co-ordination, some issues are already set up -- not to speak at the Serbian Majority Council -- but to co-ordination of the ongoing dialogue where it remains; and Vessel of the P latformʹ also takes it as a good lead in the dialogue by President Thaci, and requires a strategic group in support of his<1x>, Ymeri parliamentary said.

Visa Ymer says that since Kosovo is a pre-lamentary republic, then the Dailog process with Serbia must return to the Kosovo Assembly as a matter.

“As the parliamentary Republic, the dialogue process must be returned to the Parliament. From transparency to the past; as well as to the construction of strategy, framework, orientation, structure, principles and content of its future, Ymer says of Periscope.

As for establishing association with Serbian municipalities, Ymer has said that such a thing would deepen ethnic divisions in Kosovo, unable to co-operate between communities.

The citizenship of the Republic unifys territory, unites and dynamizes society, and increases its economic and institutional capacities. The deepening of political ethnicity (what began with Serb majority municipalities and is continuing with the Community of Serb Majority) is deepening division, in which the state belonging of citizens is mediated by their national affiliation. This is trying to make a living together and risk consuming all state energy in the maintenance of currentity, without ever having the chance to focus on improving the situation”, the Ymer for Periscope has ended.

Unlike today's chairman The PDK, Kadri Veselini, has introduced a platform where it has invited all Kosovo political parties to negotiate about five topics of national interest./Periscopi/
