How veterans' ézezazazas were discovered by EULEX

The investigation that EULEX was apparently made in Mitrovica about an explosive has led to the whiteling of other works, including “wrestling or forced into prostitution”, “impact framework”, “fraud and counterfeiting of documents”, as well as being involved in promoting and setting up paid sex relations between a woman and several men [...]

Sources within the prosecutor have told the newspaper “Voice” that the State Prosecutor had been announced the previous day to establish this indictment. According to these sources, the entire case was whitened through phone wiretapping that were being made by EULEX during the investigation into an explosion in the town of Mitrovica.

“Inventions have been made for an explosive in Mitrovica, then expanded through wiretapping and these criminal acts have been discovered”, this source has said to the newspaper. The paper has contacted EULEX officials to learn more about this case, but this mission has not wanted to reveal the identity of six indictees.

EULEX spokeswoman Donika Berisha- Rizaj has said that for now the EULEX prosecution has decided not to reveal their identity for not interfering with the judicial process. The prosecutor has decided not to disclose the suspect's identity at the moment, acting in the interest of further court processes. We urge the media to respect this decision”, Berisha-Rizaj has indicated.

On the other hand, dawning these cases calls for officials of the KLA Veterans Organisation, who claim they do not know who the people against whom the indictment has been filed.

KLA Veterans Organisation Chairman Hysni Gucati has told the newspaper that he is seeking the identification of these six people for whom today the EULEX prosecution has filed an indictment.

I'm trying to find out as soon as such cases are discovered. We don't know who they arrested yet, you are looking for information from friends and others, but for Mr. S. We know who these people are, we know there's been an indictment of six people and we've learned it through the media”, Gucati said.

He reminded the veterans' cases to be investigated by local prosecution, not Elux's.

I don't trust EULEX justice at all. You are also witnessing that 100 films have made EULEX justice so far. I trust more to a judge than to a foreign judge who does not know the actual situation in Kosovo.

I am not against justice, I am as soon as cases are discovered, but with Kosovo's justice not with EULEX” justice, the first KLA Veterans said.

He said these cases cannot be generalised in the organization because they are individual cases and each should respond to justice individually.

Gucati does not rule out the possibility that such cases

“These cases do not take them in the quality of the organisation, or in the quality of the plural, but these are individual cases, and for that everyone must respond to justice”, he said.

Unlike this morning, the EULEX prosecution filed charges against six people at the Constitutional Court of Mitrovica for unauthorized possession of weapons, wrestling or forced into prostitution, the exercise of influence, fraud and counterfeiting of documents, writes away “Zinfo”.

The defendants are charged with unauthorized possession of weapons, wrestling or forced into prostitution, the exercise of influence, fraud and counterfeiting documents. Kosovo and EULEX police have launched their joint investigations in January 2016. Investigations have led to the discovery of an illegal network of arms trading and an amount of weapons made up of explosives and two automatic weapons.

The defendants are also alleged to have exerted influence in order to secure status and then pension the KLA War Veterans' Association in exchange for a fee of up to a thousand euros.

Three defendants have been charged with criminal acts in connection with these activities (the exercise of influence, fraud and counterfeiting of documents), of which two were forgers of this status by fraud, while one was the beneficiary of the war veteran's forged status. One of the defendants was also involved in promoting and arranging for free sex between a woman and several men; taking advantage of its harsh economic conditions and benefiting from the event.
