This is the Turkish Court's decision on Kosovo-deported jihadists

A court in Istanbul imposed the detention measure, while the prosecution brought charges of “leader of the terrorist organisation” and “International perspiration” against them.

Turkish citizens were extradited from Kosovo to a very secret operation, where some of the state institutions -- among them Prime Minister Haradinaj -- were overlooked.

This case caused much controversy between Turkish leader Erdogan and Kosovo's Haradinaj, who exchanged Replica in the distance for the case.

The international community also strongly condemned the Kosovo authorities' move and called for a quick investigation into the situation.
